Over the many years we have found that our customers requirements have become more than just “casting” to compete in the new world of manufacturing we have added other services such as computer aided design (CAD), mould design, Toolmaking, part machining (both turning & milling), assembly & sourcing. Through our Malaysian plant we also provide a greater level of production along with powder coating, plating & T5 heat treatment.
Looking towards the future we also plan in 2018 to install an anodising line specifically for aluminium castings along with a T6 heat treatment plant at a later date.
We’ll always be a foundry at heart but these planned services along with what we currently provide will add a large amount of value to the parts we manufacture but without the added costs of handing the parts onto different suppliers.
